Most products will not be charged a restocking fee, however some manufacturer's require that we charge a restocking fee of up to 25% and return shipping fee.
Please do reach out to us and let us know the specific product you are interested in and we will inform you of the exact warranty period and if the item in question is subject to a restocking fee.
Returns are accepted but subject to restocking fee from certain manufacturers.
Most of our products have a lifetime or 1-2 year warranty.
Gentleman's Home conducts business under a strict refund policy. Refunds are only applicable to the following:
- if the product is broken or is deflected upon arrival and is no longer usable
- if the product never arrives to the provided destination (we will verify this)
- if you want to try another product we have to offer
- if you're not happy with your purchase

Products that have issues, and are not reported on within 24 hours of delivery may not be refunded.
- All orders canceled 48 hours after you agree to payment capture (*we will reach out to you if the item is not in stock before capture*) are subject to an administration fee equal to 3-5% of the total order amount whether or not your order has shipped. This is a fee that covers payment processor and personnel fees.
- If your item is on backorder / preorder and you accept the backorder / preorder, we will hold your payment until the product ships. If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives or is processed for shipping, a 5-15% cancellation fee be applied.
- Refunds on cancelled orders will be paid back to the card that the order was placed on.
All refunds & any information needed can be inquired about through our support team. We will make sure to provide all the information needed for the customer in the case something doesn't go to plan.
To remain eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it. It also must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof or purchase.
We will provide your details via email to send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
